I have links to many fine Desktop Themes sites where you can find not only themes but screen savers, Outlook Express Stationery, links to tutorials to Paint Shop Pro (various versions), PSP Tubes, tools, etc. 

Desktop Themes  change the look of your computer desktop by not only changing the wallpaper but also the  colors, cursors,  fonts,  icons,  logos, screensaver &  sounds. Windows 95/98/ME come with their own themes but if you are like me they get boring after not too long.

Windows 95/98/ME come with MS Plus but Windows 2000 does not support MS Plus. If you are upgrading to Win 2000 or Win XP you will already have MS Plus so don't have to worry about it.  But if it's a new system to remedy this you can download  Desktop Architect which is an excellent free program to use with any of those operating systems.  You will also need a program for unzipping the themes (Win XP comes with it's own zipping and unzipping program).
